Training for companies
This one-day training by Aim for human rights and Amnesty International helps formulate a sound human rights policy for your company. You get answers to practical questions like: what are specific human rights responsibilities for companies? Which human rights dilemmas can I face and how can I deal with them? How do I guarantee compliance with international human rights standards by suppliers and business relations? Read more
Training for government
Corporate Social Responsibility is an important theme of the Dutch government policy. In different ways, the Dutch government stimulates companies to take their social responsibility. Integration of CSR criteria in the policies of subsidies for companies is one example. An other example is the sustainable procurement program which will be implemented beginning from 2010. Investors also increasingly demand of their clients to operate in compliance with international environmental and social standards. ASN Bank and Triodos , but also other Dutch banks like Rabobank, ING, and Fortis Bank Nederland are increasing their requirements towards clients.
