Companies have a large influence on the well being of their employees and their surroundings. This influence may be either positive or negative. Fortunately, worldwide interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR) is on the rise. More and more companies consider it important to respect environmental protection and human rights, next to making money. In the field of human rights they are concerned with labour conditions and equal rights. Aim for human rights strives to achieve that more companies respect and promote human rights. We engage in consultancy, human rights education and we develop digital selfassessment tools for companies. With these so-called human rights compliance assessment methods, businesses can analyse the human rights risks they run and see how they can prevent them.

With this programme,  we promote awareness of human rights issues in companies. We especially inform them on issues surrounding the responsibilities of businesses when it comes to human rights. Aim for human rights promotes, advises and supports companies on developing their human rights policy. We use interactive tools called the Human Rights Compliance Assessment. Read more
