Women's human rights

All over the world, women continue to be discriminated against. The rights of women have therefore been detailed in a special convention, the UN Women's Convention, as well as in other human rights conventions. Human rights and business

Companies have a large influence on the well being of their employees and their surroundings. This influence may be either positive or negative. Fortunately, worldwide interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR) is on the rise. Enforced disappearances

Aim for human rights supports organisations that combat enforced disappearances across the world. Read more

Human rights in European policy

Human rights violations occur all over the world. Often it helps when authorities call on each other to account for their conduct. Diplomatic pressure works, or in serious cases, economic sanctions. Aim for human rights has a special project aimed on EU relations with their immediate neighbour countries: the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP). Read more

Human rights impact assessment

Aim for human rights developes HRIA methods and helps organisations, authorities and companies to analyse the impact of their actions on human rights. Read more
