Support human rights

- ©IRIN
Aim for human rights helps people stand up for their rights worldwide. We also urge governments and businesses to follow human rights norms. Is our work important to you? With your support we can do more! This way you contribute to achieving a world in which the rights of all humans are respected.
Donate
A just world in which people are free and equal. Aim for human rights works towards this goal. Your structural support guarantees that we can fulfill our plans.
You can make a donation to Aim for human rights via Postbank account 1460115 in Utrecht. It is also possible to donate online by clicking on the button in the menu on the right.
Our institutional donors
The work of Aim for human rights can be realised because of the financial support of our private sponsors, subsidies, consultancy incomes and sponsors. Read more
Become a volunteer!
Do you prefer donating time? Become a volunteer and contribute to a better world. Collaborate on projects in the Netherlands, give support to our office or invent a creative campaign. We also regularly have internships available. A passive understanding of the Dutch language is usually (though not always) necessary. Read more
Corporate Social Responsibility
To Aim for human rights it is important to involve as many actors as possible in human rights. Governments, NGOs and companies. At the same time, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is more and more expected of companies. A company can do this by integrating human rights, social and ecological norms in its business. Together with Aim for human rights, companies can analyse how they can put in place measures that ensure compliance with international standards. More on our Human Rights and Business programme
Company donors
A company can also support human rights by donating money or services. In many cases, this is fiscally attractive. Please contact Marieke van den Berg by e-mail or +31 (0) 30 233 40 27 to discuss the possibilities. Aim for human rights would like to thank its donors in 2008/2009:
- Berenschot
- D.O.B. conferentiecentrum Veessen
- DaVinci Vertalingen
- Diemen & Van Gestel
- Economische Voorlichtings Dienst
- House of Performance
- Meereffect

CBF Certificate
Aim for human rights has been granted a Certificate of No Objection ("Verklaring van geen bezwaar") by the Central Bureau on Fundraising (CBF). When a Dutch charity has this Certificate donors can trust that this organisation has passed a strict evaluation. An important criterium for example, is that an organisation can spend at most 25% of its fundraising income on new fundraising.
