'Learning from Human Rights Programmes: A practical guide' launched
On November 11 2008, a new practical guide measuring the impact of human rights programmes was launched.
Aim for human rights, ICCO and Context, international cooperation have produced a practical guide that addresses some of the core questions concerning the measurement of human rights programmes.
The first copy of the guide was presented to Ms. Maryem van den Heuvel, head of the human rights department of the Dutch ministry of Foreign Affairs.
