Human Rights Impact Assessment
The name Human Rights Impact Assessment (HRIA) refers to tools managers can use to do self assessments on human rights. The results of these are concrete recommendations on how to avoid human rights violations. An example is a standardized Memorandum of Understanding with business partners which mentions rights of employees.

To Aim for human rights it is important that companies comply with and promote human rights. Therefore we advice managers from Small and Mediumsized Entreprises free of costs on how to use human rights tools.
