Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board functions as an adviser to the managing director and monitors the objectives set by the organisation. In addition, the Board monitors the substantive and financial policies of the director and the general management of the organisation. The Board approves strategic decisions made by the director and reviews whether Aim for human rights fulfills its social function.
Members
The members of the Supervisory Board were installed on personal title. Their professional backgrounds include the academic world, international development and business. One member functions as a representative of the humanist organisations that founded Aim for human rights. The members do not receive compensation for their services.
